Set of Velvet Fly Agaric Toadstools 02

A set of three large textile Fly Agaric toadstools made from deep red/burgundy cotton velvet with calico undersides and calico stalks - lightly tea dyed to give an aged appearance. Speckled with tiny glass seed beads. Hand stitched and finished with a piece of tea dyed silky ribbon and a slightly rusty vintage key in a primitive style. The little textile message reads 'believe in fairytales'. 

An unusual and pretty decoration for a hearth, mantle or curio cabinet.

A lovely one of a kind gift for a toadstool,mushroom and fungi lover...a treat for a mycophile and nature lover.

Hand stitched and very tactile the toadstools have weighted bases so they stand easily and will grace any room at any time of the year.

The tallest toadstool stands approx 17.5cm by 11cm, the middle one 14cm by 8cm and the smaller one approx 11.5cm by 7cm.
