A single large velvet toadstool O

A single large textile toadstool made from hand dyed rich chocolate brown cotton velvet with calico underside and a calico stalk - lightly tea dyed to give an aged appearance.  Hand stitched and finished with a piece of tea dyed recycled sari silk ribbon and a small vintage cabinet key. The little textile message reads 'fairytales'. 

The toadstool is filled with eco friendly 100% british sheep wool.

An unusual and pretty decoration for a hearth, mantle or curio cabinet.

A lovely one of a kind gift for a toadstool, mushroom and fungi lover...a treat for a mycophile and nature lover or lover of all things fairytale.

Hand stitched and very tactile the toadstool has a weighted base so it stands easily and will grace any room at any time of the year.

It measures approx 15.5cm tall by 8cm across the cap.
