A very sweet and unusual notebook wrap/cover made using recycled vintage linens and cottons. It is made to have the appearance of having been loved and cherished for many years and the type of treasured item that might have been passed through the generations. The naive stitching and repaired and discoloured look is intentional to give this impression. The linens and textiles have been tea dyed to give them more of an aged grungy look, this wrap has been carefully dyed with a fruit tea to give it a very pale dusky pink colour. There are intentionally raw edges and frayed textiles to enhance the worn look.

The front of the wrap is embellished with a stamped image and tiny glass beads and collaged using vintage lace, tulle, muslin and a vintage metal bluebird charm.  

Inside there is a small notepad and pencils, a few labels and other decorative vintage ephemera such as a playing card and postage stamps. There's plenty of room to add your own favourite items and treasures. It ties together with a sari silk ribbon and comes with a tiny handmade velvet toadstool. It would look beautiful on a dressing table and is the nice size to carry with you for notes on the go.

It measures approx 24cm by 11cm when closed ...not including the dangly bits.
