Textile Crystal Pouch H - Aventurine

A fairytale like textile pouch made from a vintage French metis sheet and carefully decorated with vintage textiles, lace and buttons.  It is lined and on a sari silk cord so can be worn as a pendant around the neck or the cord can be carefull removed and the pouch can be pinned to the clothing using a safety pin.

Inside there is a tiny handmade drawstring bag containing the crystal/semi precious stone, a pocket containing information about the stone and a safety pin.....should you wish to wear the pouch this way....it is thought that wearing the crystal close to the heart brings the most benefit.

This pouch is finished in natural and blue tones with a fragment of vintage floral fabricand has small mother of pearl buttons and a ceramic star.  It contains a Aventurine crystal and has the following expalination of the properties of this crystal.....

Green aventurine is known as the “Lucky Talisman” or “Stone of Opportunity” for its good luck properties. Its deeper purpose is help you release old habits and patterns so you are ready for new opportunities and growth and can move forward with confidence.

Aventurine is a member of the quartz family.

Its name comes from Italian, “A Ventura”, meaning “by chance”.

The pouch measures approximately 13cm to the point fo the star by 7.2 wide.  The cord is approx 91cm long.
