Velvet toadstool on vintage cotton spool - G

A curious and enchanting looking hand dyed very pale dusky pink cotton velvet  toadstool sat on top of a vintage wooden Evans best six cord thread spool. It has a fragment of antique tulle stitched onto its velvety cap. It bulbous cotton stalk and gathered gills are made from vintage cotton, tea dyed to give it an aged appearance.  It is filled with 100% sheeps wool.

A lovely decorative gift for a toadstool/mushroom enthusiast or a lover of everything fairytale and magical.

It measures approx 12cm high and the toadstool cap is approx 7.5cm wide.
