Very Pale Dusky Pink Velvet toadstool - K

A curious and enchanting looking hand dyed very pale dusky pink cotton velvet  toadstool sat on top of a vintage wooden J.P.Coates six cord thread spool.  It bulbous cotton stalk and gathered gills are made from vintage cotton, tea dyed to give it an aged appearance.  It is filled with 100% sheeps wool.

The little fabric tag has wording from a Eugene Thornton poem.

A lovely decorative gift for a toadstool/mushroom enthusiast or a lover of everything fairytale and magical.

It measures approx 14cm high and the toadstool cap is approx 8cm wide.
