Toadstool in Shoe

Doesn't every girl have a thing for shoes?  I collect these quirky shoes and boots on my travels and they alway end up sprouting a velvet toadstool....growing on it mossy forest floor.

A quirky ornament or a pincushion?  It's up to you.  These ones are growing in silver coloured metal shoes.  The shoes are patinated with age and show wear and tear due to their age.......the red one has a hole on the base of the heel.....perhaps someone hammered a nail in with it once.
