Velvet Fly Agaric Toadstools in a Vintage Brass Teapot.

Carefully created from cotton velvet and vintage textiles this one of a kind pincushion will adorn any sewing table or look wonderful as an ornament elsewhere in the home.

I make each toadstool by hand which then sits atop it's grassy, embroidered base and fits into a vintage brass teapot.  The teapot I've keet in it's found condition so is very patinated.  This all adds to it's charm and tells a story of it's useful past life.  The pincushion is filled with 100% british sheeps wool.
